Description:NOTICE TO BIDDERSSealed proposals will be received by South Orange Village, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, at Village Hall, 76 South Orange Avenue, Third Floor, South Orange Village, New Jersey 07079, onThursday, October 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.prevailing time or shortly thereafter, and at that time and place publicly opened and read for theChurch Street and West Third Street Improvementsproject, in South Orange Village, NJ.
