McIntosh Brook Culvert Replacement Falmouth Road, Town of Windham, Maine

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Windham is requesting sealed bids for replacement of existing twin CMP culverts with a concrete box culvert to convey McIntosh Brook under Falmouth Road in the vicinity of the East Windham Fire Station.  Instream must be completed between July 15 and September 30, 2026, window. The project has undergone U.S. Army Corps of Engineer review under the Self-Verification Notification process. A USACE SVN for this project is included within this document. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM (prevailing time) Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read publicly on a Microsoft Teams teleconference event. The specific Teams link and ID number will be provided via bid addendum issued to all registered bidders. Proposals will be accepted electronically ONLY with the name of the Bidder and Project Name in the subject of the email. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM on a Microsoft Teams teleconference event. To receive a Teams link for the pre-bid meeting, all bidders must register with Gorrill Palmer by Tuesday, September 15, 2025. All questions are due Monday, September 22, 2025, by 2:00 PM.
