Architectural and Engineering Services (RFP)

Provide architectural and engineering designs arising from concepts developed through the city's urban planning, housing, and economic development initiatives; perform architectural design services, including preparation of required plans and specifications and plan books, such as the traditional neighborhood plan book, and related construction documents; conduct architectural inspections and/or evaluations and prepare reports; provide architectural designs for projects which may also include urban planning and conceptual design, scope studies, cost studies, and design of projects for renovations, alterations, and additions. See outside link. Question Submission Deadline January 14, 2026, 5:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Work under this Agreement will commence on the date of the execution of the Agreement for a period of one (1) year with three (3) optional one (1) year renewals.
