CCC Lobby Entry and Interior Renovations (RFP)

The project will be constructed using a single prime contract format. The objective of this project is to renovate the existing Cancer Cell Center (CCC) building's front entrance, to create a new entry, vestibule and lobby. Scope includes new finishes, new elevator cabs, MEP, interior glazing, renovation of existing toilet room, new interior vestibule and storefront; which will all be framed by a new entrance canopy that will carry a building naming opportunity. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. SDVOB Goal 6.00% Total MWBE Goals 30.00%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
