Bakersfield is seeking culvert and storm drain improvements for downtown infrastructure upgrades

Description

Work to be performed consists, in general, of removing and replacing existing part-circle culverts with twenty six (26) curb ramps per Caltrans Standard Plan A88A across eight (8) intersections, install a 200 foot long drain line with a pair of ductile iron pipe, and a 650 foot long dual wall polypropylene storm drain line. Such work may require grade adjustments to existing valve boxes and vault covers, protect in place of existing features, removal and/or replacement of asphalt pavement and other minor concrete structures to specified elevations. Work also includes installation of concrete cross gutters and the addition or modification to storm drain pipe, manholes, and catch basins. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
