Master Order Maintenance and Repairs all Asphalt

Upon award, asphalt maintenanceand repair services will be provided on an as-needed basis by TAMUTransportation Services, with a typical frequency of 1–5 times per year underan annual contract. Services may include pothole repair, crack sealing (hot-pour),seal coating, overlay (1½"–2"), patching (6"), milling, linestriping, and full-depth replacement. Contractors will provide unit pricing (SYor LF) and are responsible for site prep, cleanup, disposal, and trafficcontrol. TxDOT Item 340 Type D mix is required, with up to 20% RAP allowed.Work must follow prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.Performance will be assessed over one year for quality and durability, withowner inspection upon completion. Award will be qualification-based; referencesand project experience are required. Change orders must be approved in writing.Response time for service is expected within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed uponby Transportation Services
