Livestreaming, Video Recording, and Archiving Services for TxDMV and MVCPA Board and Committee Meetings

The Finance andOperations Division - Purchasing Section (“Purchasing Section”) of the TexasDepartment of Motor Vehicles (“TxDMV”) is soliciting Responses for conducting, managing,and providing Equipment and technical support for livestreaming (with closedcaptions), and video and audio recording (also with closed captions) andarchiving of, TxDMV and Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (“MVCPA”)board and committee meetings or events held (primarily) at TxDMV Headquarters,as well as various other locations Statewide (collectively, the “Project Sites”). TxDMV isrequired to broadcast, to the public, live video and audio of each board andcommittee meeting held by TxDMV and MVCPA and make available through TxDMV’s website,archived video and audio of each meeting. Contractor must manage internetconnectivity for livestreaming the meetings; provide a dedicated data circuitto link the video server; provide software licenses necessary to operate thewebcasting system; and operate the storage media for archiving and operation ofthe video server and web server
