Description

Providing behavioral health services to individuals in custody. Due to continued staffing shortages, and in order to provide constitutionally mandated services, the department is soliciting proposals from individuals or agencies to provide in-person and telehealth behavioral health services to individuals in custody statewide at all thirteen (13) department locations. The department seeks to maintain sufficient contract sources to meet ongoing statewide needs; therefore, this rfp allows for multiple awards. It is anticipated that at minimum two (2) and up to four (4) separate contracts may be awarded, contingent upon the receipt of a sufficient number of responsive proposals. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Deadline 2/16/2026.
