Processing Organic Materials (RFP)

Soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to process source-separated organic materials into compost and soil amendments, with a hauling option. Provide processing, and possibly hauling services, for the city source separated organic materials. For questions concerning the anticipated work, or scope of the project, please contact Julia A. Contract term This contract shall be for a five-year period, beginning on March 1, 2026, and ending on March 1, 2031. City and contractor shall each have the right to renew this Contract for (1) additional five year term. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
