Bid Submittal Packets must be delivered to the Purchasing Department located at 13626 Twin Peaks Road, Building 700, Poway, CA 92064.A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit ("Job Walk") will be held at 9:00am on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Creekside Elementary School located at 12362 Springhurst Drive, San Diego, CA 92128.
