Work includes clam pass exterior wall painting. The total estimated surface area to be painted is approx 20,297 SF' surface preparation, including cleaning and any necessary repairs to ensure a smooth, paintable surface; cleaning pressure wash (basic routine pressure washing services) or manually clean the entire surface to remove all dirt, oil, efflorescence (salt deposits), loose paint, mildew, and other foreign contaminants. Allow the surface to dry thoroughly; patching/repair contractor must ensure any non-structural hairline cracks or imperfections that are 1/8" or less are filled with an exterior-grade, flexible acrylic sealant, feathered smooth.
