Seeking a consultant to assist in the development of a diver assisted suction harvesting program for the removal of Eurasian watermilfoil (EWM) from Boulder Reservoir. The goal is to establish a safe, effective, self-sustaining, and scalable program that supports long-term management of EWM using diver-assisted and manual removal methods.
