Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Library Avenue Extended – Road and Sidewalk Improvementsat (Approximately - 5755 Co Rd 1217, Crozet, VA 22932). The project is generally described as construction ofthe extension of Road and Sidewalk Improvements from Library Avenue eastward through the Barnes Lumberproperty connecting to High Street and then into Hilltop Street in Parkside Village, as well as a connection backto The Square. This project will require acceptance into the VDOT system at completion.An In Person pre-bid conference will be held at the Crozet Library (2020 Library Ave, Crozet, VA 22932) at 1:00PM on Monday 12/15/25.
