Description

Work includes replacing air handling units. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following pcb and asbestos abatement; selective mechanical and electrical demo; duct cleaning; installation of air handling unit and associated piping, electrical work and controls; testing, adjusting and balancing. MBE Goal 11.00% and WBE Goal 19.00%. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
