Fallon Avenue Baker, MT  59313 Notice is hereby given;That the Board of County Commissioners of Fallon County MT, on the 8th of December, 2025 at 10:15 o’clock AM in their office at the Courthouse, will receive and open sealed bids for the purchase of a new: DIESEL POWERED HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR A detailed list of specifications may be obtained by contacting the Fallon County Commissioners Office at the courthouse in Baker, 10 West Fallon Avenue – P.O. Box 846 – Baker, MT 59313 or Phone 406-778-8182. No bid will be considered unless, accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid. The board reserves the right to hold the bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
