The City of Lyons is requesting proposals from experienced engineering firms with the design and implementation of public works infrastructure projects associated with Federal and/or State grant programs. Proposals should be submitted in the DFS Procurement Portal (¿Portal¿) at dfs.bonfirehub.com no later than 2:00 PM EST, February 20, 2026. Budget for Phase 1 is $60,000
