CITY OF HARRISONVILLE 2026 JULY 4TH FIREWORKS SHOW

The City of Harrisonville is seeking sealed bids to provide a Fireworks Show on Friday, July 4, 2026, for the Harrisonville Parks & Recreation Department. Proposals must meet general requirements as outlined in this specification. All sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2:00pm by Friday April 3rd, 2026 to: City of Harrisonville, Attn: Parks & Recreation Director, P.O. Box 367, 2400 Jefferson Parkway Harrisonville, MO 64701. Proposals should include a list of: 1. The size, type and brand of shells to be fired. 2. A reference listing of comparable fireworks shows done by the vendor during the last five years. 3. The number of years of experience each technician that will be involved with the show has. Selection of the vendor will be at the sole discretion of the City of Harrisonville Park Board and will be based on the City’s judgment of the best combination of price, the proposed show content, vendor’s performance record, and references from other cities.
