District's Donald L. Rheem Elementary School Modular Project - RFP

This project consists of 4 new TK classrooms and associated enclosed play area, approximately 23 additional parking stalls, and an enlarged maintenance yard with Maintenance and Operations office building and staff parking. The new classrooms will be DSA Pre-Check Design modular buildings. The Maintenance and Operations building will be a portable building with 3 offices. The new parking and Maintenance yard will be asphalt concrete. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
