It is the intent of the City of Eugene to participate in the contract listed below to purchase Peirce Velocity PUC Pumpers from Hughes Fire Equipment through a cooperative procurement pursuant to City of Eugene Administrative Rule 44-25-01-F, Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279A.220, and OAR 137-046-0430
