ITB - 2026 Water Treatment Pump House – Construction

Please see the solicitation on BidExpress.com at: https://www.bidexpress.com/solicitations/44916 The City of Kenai is seeking bids for the construction of a new pump house; installation of piping, including underground piping and water main connections; installation and programming of equipment; installation of a backup generator; and all associated work at the City of Kenai Water Treatment Facility. Bidders must visit BidExpress.com to be added to the plan holder list and to receive addenda(s).  Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. Questions may be submitted via BidExpress.com. This contract will be subject to the provisions of the State of Alaska Title 36, Wage and Hour Administration Pamphlet Statutes and Regulations, and will require 100% performance and payment bonds.
