Description

Annual contract for backflow testing, repairs and maintenance services at various city owned locations. A pre-bid conference will be held on 11/18/2025 10:00 AM EST at Visalia City Hall, 707 W. Acequia Ave. Visalia, CA 93291. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Questions regarding this RFB are due no later than Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 4:00 PM.
