Description

Seeking to contract with a general contractor for the improvement work for the snack shack building. The building improvements include but are not limited to flat roof work, removal and replacement of decking, removal and replacement of tile flooring, removal and replacement of wood siding, replacement of drywall, removal and replacement of windows and doors, and interior and exterior painting. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
