Description

Sealed bids for Sewer and Water Repair Services for the City of Auburn will be received at the Department of Municipal Utilities located at 35 Bradley St, Auburn, New York, until 11:30 a.m. local time, on Monday October 27,2025, and then at said time publicly opened and read.Plans and specifications may be obtained by completing and submitting the information requested below.The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.The Owner is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials sold to the Owner pursuant to this Contract. These taxes are not to be included in the Bid.No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
