Description

Provide construction manager at risk (CMaR) services for preconstruction and construction of the Allakaket First Service project, Phases 1 through 4 Phase 1 - Well completion, raw water transmission line, water storage tank, water treatment plant; Phase 2 - Interior home improvements, hauled water system, onsite water treatment system; Phase 3 - Sewage treatment lagoon; Phase 4 - Piped water and low pressure sewer systems.
