Cascade Vista and SE 202nd Place AC Main Replacements

*Please note these two projects are being offered for bid together. Each project will be treated as a separate project and contract for administrative and accounting purposes (i.e. each project will have separate pay applications, project limits, etc.) but, will be combined during the bidding process in an attempt to secure a single Contractor to perform both scopes of work and take advantage of economies scale.*Cascade Vista Phase 1 AC Main Replacement:Replacement of approximately 5,720 lineal feet of existing 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch asbestos cement (AC) water main with 4-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch ductile iron (DI) water main; replacement of fire hydrants, valves, blow offs, meter boxes, water service lines from the new water main to the meter; asphalt concrete patch and overlay; cement concrete sidewalk, driveway, and curb and gutter repair; and surface restoration.
