Gymnasium and Dance Room Floor Recoating

Work includes professional recoating of gymnasium and dance room hardwood floors at multiple public facilities. This includes surface preparation, cleaning, buffing, and application of a suitable finish for high-traffic athletic and recreational floors; dry mop and vacuum the floor to remove all dust and debris; screen/buff existing finish using appropriate grit screening pads; apply professional-grade, finish compatible with existing flooring materials; ensure work is performed under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions; allow proper drying and curing times between coats per manufacturer's instructions; reinstall all moved items after completion and ensure areas are cleaned.
