Capitol Street - Streetscape and Utility Improvements Project

Approx., 1,044 LF of 18" high-performance polyethylene (HPPE) storm sewer and appurtenances, approx., 1,090 LF of 12" ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main and appurtenances, as well as paving, landscaping, irrigation and electrical improvements for approx., 1,450 LF of capitol street. The work also includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for approx., 606 LF of 8" ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main and appurtenances and the mill and overlay. A highly recommended pre-bid conference will be held at the Town of Eagle Town Hall Council Chambers, 200 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado on Monday, January 26, 2026, 2:00 PM (local time). A walking site tour will be held the same day. All prospective bidders and others interested in the work are encouraged to attend the tour and Pre-Bid Conference. The Engineer may issue addenda as the Engineer considers necessary in response to the questions raised in the tour and pre-bid conference. All questions are due on January 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
