Description

Locating underground district utility infrastructure. A pre-bid conference will be held prior to the Bid Opening on January 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Northeast Plant located at 1100 East University Avenue, Urbana, IL 61802. The conference will be held at the administrative building (Station R). This meeting is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended that all Bidders attend to familiarize themselves with the project.
