2026 Landscape Request for Proposal Return to the library by February 27, 2026 Please provide your best proposal for the following landscape work for 2026. All work to be completed during regular business hours. Quotes will be accepted for individual locations, or any combination of locations as a group. Please provide workers' compensation certificate and current copy of liability insurance. Frankfort: 167 Springfield St. Kingston: 29 N. Main St. Richmond Dale 770 Main St. Northside, Chillicothe: 550 Buckeye St. Main/Annex Chillicothe: 140 S.
