Description

Removal and replacement of, in kind, the two (2) existing Lockinvar Boilers. Work shall include all necessary piping and appurtenances to provide a functional system. The project shall also include providing a temporary boiler to provide continuous service during the replacement. In addition to the boiler work, the project will involved the construction of new support pad for boilers, existing drywall removal, replacement and painting. Q&A Deadline 09/22/2025 5:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. First mandatory prebid meeting was held on Sep 9, 2025.
