DESIGN BUILD This project provides generation, storage, electrical upgrades, controls, communication, system training and documentation, studies, and cybersecurity to address MCMWTC's resilience requirements. The project requirements, scope, and savings calculations were identified and optimized using the Office of the Secretary of Defense Energy Resilience Assessment tool and the Department of Energy/National Renewable Energy Laboratory Renewable Energy Integration and Optimization engineering analysis tool.
