This Project will perform the install and integration of an Axle Counter System (ACS) into the existing CATS Blue Line Automatic Train Control System (ATCS) at the following locations: 1. South Yard South Interlocking 2. South Yard North Interlocking 3. North Yard South Interlocking 4. North Yard North Interlocking 5. UNCC Interlocking 6. I-485 Interlocking 7. CTC/6th Street Interlocking 8. Old Concord Road Interlocking & Pumpernickle Crossing
