ADA-09414 Proposal to Extend a State Airport Land Lease at Kodiak Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Permit ADA-09414 (Item 27), consisting of four (4) standard-size car parking spaces at Kodiak Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: Kodiak Car Rentals, LLC. Annual rent: $625.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical – Parking up to four (4) standard-size passenger vehicles.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., January 2, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
