DESIGN BUILD the new WTP Demolition and New Clearwells and High Service Pump Station, which includes the demolition of the existing old filter plant, a new high service pump station, and the addition of two new 10 million gallons of Clearwell water storage with space for an additional 20 million gallons in the future.
