Description

Section 1: Intent The purpose of this invitation is to establish a contract for a formal and professional flight and maintenance training program for aircraft operated by the State of Ohio. The flight training program shall be designed to provide the Ohio Department of Transportation Flight Crews with a combination of academic and flight simulator experience, including an annual Crew Resource Management (CRM) Course. The maintenance training shall be designed to provide ODOT Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with a combination of oral and practical experience, including troubleshooting techniques and engine run-up, and include an Operation Maintenance Procedures course. The Office of Aviation operates King Air models B350i and B250, and Cessna Caravan 208B
