NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATIONOn November 21, 2025 the Department of Environmental Conservation adopted regulations in 18 AAC 50. The regulations concern real estate transaction requirements for air quality. The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on November 25, 2025, and are effective on December 25, 2025. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.The regulation changes will first appear in Register 256, January 2026, of the Alaska Administrative Code
