Description
Developing and submitting a source test protocol, conducting field tests, obtaining air emissions samples, transporting all samples to the Contractor's facility and/or subcontracted laboratory for analysis to quantify emissions, and producing a separate source test report for the initial and the four (4) quarterly source tests.
