Provide clarifier #3 rake and plow structure refurbishment includes clarifier ferrous metals, and fiberglass recoating, including stillwell; rake arms; scum skimming through; catwalk structural steel fiberglass launder covers; fiberglass baffle; all other interior ferrous metals.
