The goal of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals, agencies, or organizations to design and implement programs and activities that build the capacity of parents and families of children and youth with disabilities to engage meaningfully in their child’s education, schools, and communities — with a particular focus on participation in the special education process.
