INVITATION TO BID Project:All Access Playground ProjectNo:PR2505 This project involves the installation of new playscape equipment and integrated safety surfacing. The site is located adjacent to the existing eastern playground at Royal Palm Beach Commons Park (11600 Poinciana Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411). Project Budget:$350,000.00 Packaging & Mailing Charges / Set: one hundred dollars($100.00) Project plans and documents may be requested free of charge at:www.royalpalmbeachfl.gov/rfps Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified bank check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond.  The amount of the security shall not be less than five (5) percent of the Bidder's total price indicated in Bid Form. In accordance with F.S. 287.133 (2) (a), persons and affiliates who have been placed on the convicted vendor list may not submit bids, contract with, or perform work (as a DESIGN-BUILDER, supplier, subcontractor or consultant) with any public entity (i.e. Village of Royal Palm Beach) in excess of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars (or such other amount as may be hereafter established by the Florida Department of Management Services in accordance with F.S. 287.017) for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
