Copies of the Notice are available at the Public Works Department and online atwww.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Any questions should be directed to Public Works Accounts Payable, atPWAP@cityoftracy.orgno later than2 p.m.,October 23, 2025.Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows: “SEALED BID FOR ROADWAY MARKINGS AND MATERIALS PROCUREMENT – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which bidder best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services.
