All proposals must be submitted in strict compliance with the instructions in this RFB. The RFB documents include several forms that must be completed and returned with a proposal. Failure to comply with instructions or failure to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification of the Respondent and rejection of the Respondent’s proposal. GPM reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
