Description

Provide biology lab renovation and will affect 1,595 SF of science laboratory classroom space. The project requires the contractor to provide selective demolition, installation of new laboratory casework, updated electrical and lighting systems, new under floor plumbing infrastructure, and mechanical system modifications. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline is on 02/02/26; 5:00 PM. HCC has a small business participation goal of Thirty-Five Percent (35%).
