Description

This project is to improve the Grain Silo located in the Broken Arrow Rose District Plaza (418 S Main St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). Exterior platforms and chutes will be removed and patched. The whole structure will be painted white with gray accents. A Broken Arrow Logo will be painted on two sides of silo. Bidders are required to have 3 years of industry experience with large commercial structures. There will be an optional pre bid meeting on December 9, 2025 from 2:00 PM. This meeting will be held virtually. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 p.m. on January 13, 2026.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
