Emergency and on-call installation, repair, maintenance, improvement, and testing of its fiber optic network. Service to a fiber optic cable infrastructure includes any item of a complete fiber cable run between and to termination patch panels, including termination patch panels, terminations at patch panels, fiber optic cable, fiber cable splices, pole/building attachments, fiber cable related guy/suspension wires/anchors, loop and splice enclosures/boxes, etc. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/22/2025 01:59 AM EDT.
