Description
The Contractor shall maintain standards of housekeeping and sanitation so that dining facilities are in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition at all times and meet requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the House Keeping Services Task and Frequency Chart (Exhibit 2). Waste Management Cardboard shall be taken to the dumpster area and broken down prior to
being placed in dumpster. Empty garbage cans as needed. Garbage must be bagged and tied prior to being placed in dumpster. The areas around the dumpsters shall be kept clean at all times. See attached file.
