Construction Services for Miller 230kV Solar Substation (RFP)

Provide construction services for JEAs Miller Solar Substation project. The work consists of installing a new 230kV, 3-element ring bus. A prefabricated control enclosure, which will contain preassembled relay panels, and will be installed at site by a third-party vendor described herein (the "Work"). Mobilization, Site Surveying and establish baselines Site Preparation Receive and offload substation packager materials, Install foundations for all structures and equipment, Install ground grid, ground rods, and equipment ground tails, Install conduits/cable trenches, Backfill and compact site as necessary, Install substation rock, Install site access roads, Install security fencing and gates, Transport JEA provided materials and equipment from JEA storeroom, Install 230kV structures, bus, and equipment, Install grounds to structures and equipment, Finish conduit installation, pull cables, and terminate at yard equipment and inside the control house relay equipment Site Clean-up, sodding/seeding and disposal of debris.
