PREMISES: Block 0018, Lot 014(325,000 Sq Ft); Block 0023, Lot 001 increased by 6,135 sq. ft. (180,385 Sq Ft) LEASE TERM: Fifty (50)years. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $90,969.30 annually ($0.18 per square foot x 505,385 square feet).AUTHORIZED USES: The premises will be used for the operation of a commercial aviation business,including air carrier, air taxi, and charter services; aircraft tie-down rental; aircraft storage, maintenance, and fueling (for lessee-owned or leased aircraft); and as a base of operations for the lessee’s fixed-wing aircraft used in air commerce.
