This Public Notice is beingreadvertised for an increase in square footage. (Block 23, Lot 001 increased by 6,135 sq. ft.)NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation andPublic Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to executeSuccessive Land Lease ADA-32668, as follows: LESSEE: Troy Air Inc. PREMISES: Block 0018, Lot 014(325,000 Sq Ft); Block 0023, Lot 001 increased by 6,135 sq. ft. (180,385 Sq Ft) LEASE TERM: Fifty (50)years. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $90,969.30 annually ($0.18 per square foot x 505,385 square feet).AUTHORIZED USES: The premises will be used for the operation of a commercial aviation business,including air carrier, air taxi, and charter services; aircraft tie-down rental; aircraft storage, maintenance, and fueling (for lessee-owned or leased aircraft); and as a base of operations for the lessee’s fixed-wing aircraft used in air commerce. The premises may also be used for the maintenance, parking, and storage of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft owned or operated by others; Operation and use of flight simulators and related training equipment for the purpose of pilot training, certification, and proficiency checks in connection with commercial aviation operations; Parking and storage of fixed-wing aircraft.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.
