Somerset Hill Fish Passage Barrier Removal

I.PURPOSE OF REQUESTThe City of Tumwater ("City") is soliciting qualified Consultants / Service Providers (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider” or “Consultant”) who can provide complete design, permitting, and construction support services required to replace an existing fish passage barrier with a bridge structure and restore a stream segment and its banks to a more natural, stable condition. This Request for Qualifications will be pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW. The City's needs are outlined in the following Request for Qualifications ("RFQ").II.TIME SCHEDULEThe following is the City timetable:Issue RFQ - 11/26/2025Deadline for Questions - 12/29/2025, by 5 p.m.Deadline for SOQ Submittal - 1/09/2025, by 5 p.m.Selection of Firms to Interview - 1/14/2025Interview Firms - 1/22/2026Notify Firm Selected - 1/29/2026The City may request interviews to be in person or via video conference. Resumes should be limited to key project leads and managers. All resumes will be no more than one half page in length, with the exception of the assigned Project Manager with a 2-page limit.A cover page and letter of interest are required and are not included in the 14-page count and will be attached as part of the overall SOQ.Font shall be 12 point with the exception of section headings, etc.Text may be single spaced.A minimum of 1” margins (all sides) for all pages. Does not apply to spreadsheets and worksheets.Submit documents in a pdf or other printable format.
