Description
Perform data collection for the WMATA's customer satisfaction measurement (csm) program. The primary purpose of this survey program is to track customer satisfaction rates by mode of transportation (bus v. rail), jurisdiction (DC, Maryland, or Virginia), frequency of travel, and other variables. An additional goal is to gather input from customers on how that make travel mode decisions.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Due Date Oct 24, 2025, 5:00 PM. This contract is for a base period of three years with (3) 12-month option years. MBE 17%.
